The rooms at CH Arriaza II are absolutely amazing! The premium bedding makes you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. The large windows bring in lots of natural light, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. And having a private bathroom with a shower is just perfect. Plus, the laptop-friendly workspace is a great addition for business travelers like me.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the ceiling fan in the rooms. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others might still find it enjoyable.

great location, close to train station and main attractions. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall exceeded expectations for a romantic trip to Madrid.
Reception not always available, had to pay extra to store my bag elsewhere.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with great eating options just a minute away. Our room even had a balcony with a nice view. And despite some language barrier issues during check-in, the host was still able to provide some helpful information about the area. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

A great location, with plenty of eating options nearby. The room had a lovely balcony with a view.
The staff seemed to vanish at check-out, leaving me to figure out how to order coffee and a taxi on my own. Very helpful.

The rooms at Hostal Arriaza are perfect for families like us, with children. The large windows let in lots of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The premium bedding in the rooms at Hostal Arriaza made us feel like we were sleeping in luxury. It was so comfortable and cozy! We really appreciated the laptop-friendly workspaces in the rooms. It made it easy for us to catch up on some work while still being able to spend quality time with our family. The free in-room WiFi was a lifesaver. We were able to stay connected and share our amazing experiences with our friends and family back home. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and modern, providing a refreshing experience after a long day of exploring the city. The heating in the rooms kept us warm and cozy during our stay. We didn't have to worry about being cold, even during the chilly nights in Madrid.
Personally, we found the ceiling fan in the room to be unnecessary. However, we understand that others may appreciate the option for a cool breeze.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station and the Royal palace. We loved being able to explore the main attractions with ease. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot shower was a bonus. The friendly receptionist made us feel welcome, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We also enjoyed the proximity to a shopping mall and the center of the city.
One small downside was that the check-in process could have been smoother. The language barrier made it difficult to communicate, and we didn't receive a map or any information about the area.

I always stay at a welcoming place in Madrid. Staff once helped with my elderly parents. They provide all I need: free Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, flat-screen TV, lift. Can't wait to come back for New Year!
